Cheesy Frankfurter Latkes

Ingredients:
2 frankfurters
2 cups prepared mashed potato
2 eggs
2 TBSP milk
1 ½ cups ground John Wm. Macy's Twist 'n Crunch Original Cheddar Twists
½ cup Canola oil for frying (more if necessary)

Instructions:
1. Chop frankfurters in a blender.
2. Stir ground frankfurters into the mashed potatoes.
3. Form mixture into approximately 4 patties.
4. Lightly beat egg with milk.
5. Dip each Pattie into the egg wash then dip into cracker crumbs until completely covered with crumbs.
6. Bring canola oil to medium heat in a fry pan. (Add more oil as necessary).
7. Drop Latkes into hot pan and fry until browned on each side.

Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
Coca-Cola Catsup Dipping Sauce
¾ cup Coca-Cola
½ cup tomato ketchup
1/8 cup white distilled vinegar
1/8 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)

Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a non-conductive sauce pan and bring mixture to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
2. When mixture reaches a boil, remove pan from heat, stir sauce and cool mixture to room temperature, or, chill, for serving.
