Ingredients:
8 Java Cinnamon SweetSticks, finely crushed
1 cup cake flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a bunt pan with non-stick spray. Stir dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, cream remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar. Add to dry ingredients, just until moistened. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and ten minutes or until a knife tests clean. Remove from oven and let set five minutes. Then remove cake and dust with powdered sugar.
