We do not use any nuts or nut oils in our products and there are no nuts or nut-based products present in our manufacturing facility. |
| Your CheeseSticks look pretty fragile. Is breakage a problem? |
Frankly, breakage is often a challenge for us. The unique hand-twisted shape, distinctive texture and great taste that combine to produce what we call "...the perfect crunch!" also result in brittle, irregularly shaped products which are vulnerable to rough handling. Our staff exercises great care in handling and packing our products, but once they leave our plant it's very difficult to control their handling. Regrettably, some breakage is to be expected. If you find breakage that you believe is excessive, please let us know and we'll immediately send a refund or replacement product.

| What is the "shelf life" of your products? |
We print a "best before" date on the bottom panel of each package. That date is twenty-six weeks from the production date. Because we do not add artificial preservatives or stabilizers, our all-natural products are at their very best during the early months following production. Once opened, they should be consumed or saved in tightly sealed storage containers to preserve freshness.
