Mexican CheeseCrisp Casserole



Ingredients:

1 box John Wm. Macy's Smoked Jalapeno CheeseCrisps
1 onion, chopped
2 pounds ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes, diced
1 can whole kernel corn
Grated cheese

Instructions:

1. Layer bottom of a 9x11 baking dish with Jalapeno CheeseCrisps.
2. Brown onion and ground beef. Drain. Mix the soups, tomatoes and corn together. Heat on top of stove. Place meat and onions on top of CheeseCrisp layer. Top with the soup mixture and bake until casserole bubbles.
3. Top with grated cheese and melt until brown.
