Pineapple-Cheddar Casserole



Ingredients:

1 box John Wm. Macy's Original Cheddar CheeseSticks, crushed
20 ounce can pineapple chunks with juice
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice. Arrange pineapple on bottom of greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
2. Stir together the flour and sugar, sprinkle over pineapple. Drizzle remaining pineapple juice over top with the cheddar cheese. Mix together the crushed Cheesesticks and melted butter; spread over the cheese.
3. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer.
