Pow Wow Bordertown Breakfast Squares

1 pound Chorizo Sausage
1 8-Ounce Package Crescent Dinner-roll Dough
2 Cups crushed John Wm. Macy's Smoked Jalapeno CheeseCrisps
2 Cups shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1 Cup well drained canned diced Green Chiles
½ Cup diced Green or red Onions
1 Cup drained chopped diced tomatoes
8 Large Eggs, beaten with a fork
1 Cup half and half
1 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon chopped Cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon Chili Powder, or to taste

Heat oven to 350 Degrees. Crumble and cook sausage in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off fat.

1. Unroll dough and press it onto a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 Degree F oven for 8 minutes or until light golden-brown. Sprinkle with the crushed CheeseSticks, pressing into the crust. Sprinkle with half the cheese mixture. Layer with the chilies, onions, tomatoes, cooked chorizo and remaining cheese.

2. Blend eggs, with the half and half, milk, mustard, cilantro and chili powder, whisking to combine. Pour over the cheese layer and bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes then slice into 8 pieces. Serve Hot. Can be served with a side of salsa, if desired (8 Servings).
