Our award-winning CheeseCrisps came into existence through a fortunate coincidence. As demand for John's twisted CheeseSticks grew during the Company's early days, increasing amounts of rich, cheese-laden remnants of dough were left over at day's end. When New York's Grand Hyatt Hotel asked John to develop a new bar snack, he rolled out the leftover dough, layered it with more aged cheeses and a little extra seasoning, cut it into squares and baked them twice. The result was an instant hit with the bar's patrons. These delicious appetizers are still served in some of the country's finest hotels and resorts.
