SweetStick Pudding


1 box John Wm. Macy's Dutch Chocolate or Java Cinnamon SweetSticks, crushed
4 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


1. Heat milk and sugar over medium heat. Slowly add SweetStick crumbs, stirring constantly.
2. Remove 1/2 of the hot mixture and stir it into the beaten eggs. Return egg mixture to hot mixture and boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon if desired. Chill and serve topped with whipped cream.
