How To Make 3 Unique and Exciting CheeseStick Casserole Dish

As with most casseroles, these are great for leftovers for lunch, even as dinner round two.

- 1 pound burger, cooked and crumbled*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound elbows, shells or spirals
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 can stewed whole tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups crushed John Wm. Macy's Cheddar and Scallion CheeseSticks

*May substitute sausage

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Crumble the burger in a large frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the burger is about half of the way done, add the diced peppers and onions. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are translucent. At the same time, boil the pasta until it's al dente. Drain the pasta.

In a large bowl, mix the pasta, the burger mixture and the stewed tomatoes. Crush the tomatoes while you are mixing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn the mixture into a casserole dish. Spread the crushed CheeseSticks over the top. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes until cheese is melted.

Let cool for a few minutes, serve and enjoy!

- 1 pound burger, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 to 6 potatoes, boiled and mashed (may leave peels on)
- ½ stick butter
- Dash milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. Garlic powder
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups John Wm. Macy's Melting Parmesan CheeseSticks, crushed

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook and crumble the burger. Add the onions and the peppers when the burger is about half way done. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are translucent. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the same time, boil the potatoes, and then drain and mash them. Add the milk, butter, salt, pepper and garlic to the potatoes and mix well.

Pour the burger mixture into bottom of casserole. Top with the mashed potato mixture. Spread the CheeseSticks over the top of the potatoes. Cover with slices of cheese. Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Allow to cool, then serve and dig in!

- 1 pound elbows, cooked al dente
- 6 1-inch thick slices Velveeta Sharp Cheddar
- 1 cup Jalapeno Jack cheese, shredded or cubed into ½-inch cubes
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
-2 cups John Wm. Macy's Garlic Romano CheeseSticks, crushed

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the heavy cream and heat the mixture over medium heat until the cream barely starts to simmer. Turn the temperature down to medium low. Add the Velveeta sharp cheddar cheese, the Jalapeno Jack cheese, salt, pepper and the cayenne pepper. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted. Mix the cheese mixture with the pasta in a large bowl. Turn the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Cover with the crushed CheeseSticks. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top starts to brown.
